1.
There is so much more to ADHD than executive functioning! As an ADHDer myself, I can relate. I bring clinical and personal experience to my work with clients. I will help you learn more about how the ADHD brain works, develop greater self-compassion, and explore the convergence of ADHD and identity.

As a marriage and family therapist, I use a systemic lens to work with adult individuals on a wide range of issues including ADHD, anxiety, self-compassion, trauma, and relationship dynamics. I use Brainspotting to help individuals overcome trauma and other challenges.

I help couples work through challenges and improve their relationships. Whether you are dealing with ADHD, communication difficulties, overall disconnection, or other issues, I can help you develop the skills and strategies you need to build a stronger, healthier relationship.
My Approach
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and goals. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches to help my clients achieve their objectives, and I provide a warm, supportive environment in which they can feel safe and comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.
