What does individual therapy look like?

In my practice, therapy is a dynamic, hands-on approach that invites you to engage with your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in real-time experiences. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I incorporate activities, reflection, brainspotting, and other interactive methods to further explore our topics of focus.
